A week has gone by already! been a fully-packed week...i am totally worn out. the week started with a fabulous stay-over. it was a superb getaway from home and superb time spent with my loved one. :) we caught overthehedge! and xmen, played lots of maple and lazed around together alot. :) then it was work, a divisions, work, great singapore sale, work again and i just came back from music clinic. whoa. i need sleep. i look like a panda and xiaohui said i looked like i havent slept for days. she's quite right actually..
i came back empty-handed from the sale. it was a total disappointment. i was nearly willing to just spend on ANYHING that would possibly catch my eye..but to no avail. the discounts werent good enough...most of which were at 15%...and i think that kind of discounts are available on normal days. then the shop i wanted to get my denim skirt from (cos i have enough money to get it now) was closed. -___- and there wasnt much of an atmosphere in Orchard...wasnt as crowded as i expected it to be. strangely. as most women are, i only get hyped up when other women vie for things (things, not people) that i want. so obviously i wasnt hyped up, which explains why i came back empty-handed. oh well. then terence came to pick me. and he deserves a medal for that. cos for once in two years, he did not come in his own vehicle. so yeah. that was super amazing. :D and the best part was running along orchard boulevard. there was no pavement to walk on to the busstop, so while the cars were held back at the traffic junction, we ran on the road so we could get there faster without stumbling on the mud and tree roots. was fun! :)
it was like a welcome-home-feeling when we returned to music clinic after four months of break. and my singing was way worse than i'd expected. i couldnt hear myself cos tommy switched the music so so loud, and i couldnt hit the high keys cos all that ive been singing are songs by male singers. pitching has never been so bad, breathing control has never been so bad, it's just totally bad! oh well. and i was nervous. :( aka stage-fright. damn! it hasnt happened in quite long. oh well. but tommy's great as usual. he sang the jacky cheung song really really well..i could've just melted and died on the spot if i loved him. but i dont love him. and even then! i melted! it was just so so good. :)
gotta go. maybe watch my taped 9pm episode (i missed yesterday's cos of the sale) then go to bed. I AM SO TIRED.
